About You
As the Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Sales Team in the Jeddah Office and responsible to manage some of the most important Kimberly-Clark’s partners. In this role you will drive OKC commercial agenda with West KA Pharmacies, with aim to ensure growth in net revenue, improvement in gross profit/ gross-margin, & acceleration in market shares.
You will work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales Force Operation, & Supply Chain to drive OKC distribution, pricing, merchandising, & shelving guidelines across West pharmacies & deliver on OKC products market share ambitions.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop & implement a joint customer business plan with aim to unlock sell-out growth, improve product mix, & enhance customer profitability.
- Unlock market share growth though ensuring implementation of solid DPSM (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving, & Merchandising) fundamentals across all product groups & customers.
- Build & nurture strategic relationship with all Nahdi, United and Mujtama stakeholders
- Work closely with RTM manager to improve/optimize efficiency & effectiveness of in-store trade coverage across West pharmacies.
- Effectively Coach, develop, & oversee Sales Force team to ensure call cycle adherence & solid in-store execution .
- Embed & drive a data-driven way of working in respect to customer/product/sellout analysis, planning, & execution.
- Ensure flawless & timely planning & execution of New Product Launches across all stores.
- Embed & promote the one KC value & leadership behaviours.
You are a self-starter, with dedication, passion, and commitment to “make it happen’’. Can work effectively towards multiple deadlines and excellent attention to detail skills are your strengths. You have noticeable communication skills not only with your team, also internationally – you will also communicate with our multinational team, good command in English is essential.
What else?
- Advanced university degree or equivalent required
- Requires minimum of 5 years working in FMCG industry leading sales.
- Previous experience in managing Pharmacies
- KSA FMCG Pharmacy experience is required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including MS Access, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
